Sunsetting Grubhub for Work FAQ

 

When will restaurants lose access to Grubhub for Work?

Beginning midnight on Tuesday 12/1/2020, diners will no longer be able to access the Grubhub for Work platform (work.grubhub.com). Diners will instead be redirected to the main Grubhub platform (available at grubhub.com). Restaurants will no longer receive orders from Grubhub for Work after 12/1/2020, but will continue to have access to necessary Grubhub for Work specific financial statements through January 2021.

 

Why is Grubhub for Work moving to Grubhub?

Grubhub wants to ensure our restaurant partners and customers have the best possible experience. We are focusing resources on the Grubhub site in order to ease operations for everyone.

 

Will restaurants still receive orders from Grubhub?

If you already receive one or more order types on the main Grubhub platform, you will still receive orders and have access to financial statements in Grubhub for Restaurants (restaurant.grubhub.com).

If you are not listed on the main Grubhub platform, you will no longer receive Grubhub orders. In order to continue receiving Group and/or Catering orders through Grubhub, we strongly recommend you reach out to [email protected] to be added to the main Grubhub platform.

 

How can I access Grubhub for Work financial statements after January 2021?

Restaurants will continue to have access to necessary Grubhub for Work specific financial statements through January 2021. If you need access after that date, please reach out to Restaurant Care to receive these statements:
