GFR gives you visibility into upcoming scheduled orders that your restaurant staff should prepare to fulfill in the coming days. A scheduled order needs to be confirmed by your restaurant. Once confirmed, the order can no longer be edited by the customer. Sometimes the customer may reach out to Grubhub Care, who will then contact your restaurant.
Scheduled orders will move to the “Active” orders tab at the beginning of the business day to help your restaurant staff keep track of what to prepare and deliver for the day. Anything that is outside of the current business day will be in the “scheduled” tab.
