Catering orders will be larger in size and food quantity, which means packaging and delivering the food is more complex than standard orders. We recommend having the food packaged and ready for pickup by the time the driver is scheduled to arrive. We’ll provide you a checklist so you know exactly what to do when a driver arrives.
Separate hot and cold items. Label the item/orders and be sure to include utensils, plates, and napkins. Verify all tickets and ensure they are closed out at the end of each shift.
