Grubhub for Work Payments

Payments are sent as a semi-monthly check or direct deposit, depending on your account set-up. Checks are mailed out and direct deposits are sent 5 business after the statement date.

Funds are collected from the 1st to the 15th, and the 16th to the end of the month.

Please note: payments for Grubhub for Work are made separate from your Grubhub account.

To check financial information:

  1. Go to and log in with your email address on file. If you do not have an account, you can create one by selecting Register.
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on Manage Restaurants on the left side. Your restaurant(s) will be listed on the Account Overview page.
  4. You can view past orders by selecting View Reports and view your statements by selecting Settlements.


Emails of your statements are automatically sent to the email address on file. If you would like to update your account, you can email [email protected].
