Active Catering Orders

 

An order becomes an “active” order when it has been confirmed or at the start of the configured prep time. If the order was scheduled further in advance, it will first appear in the “scheduled” tab and then move over to the “active” tab at the start of the business day in which it is due. 

Each active order has order details such as catering instructions, delivery address, and food customizations. You can adjust or cancel orders directly in GFR.
